Effective: July 13, 2026 · Free public beta · Version 3
ECHO Amparo is offered free of charge as a public beta. We built and polished it carefully, but it has not gone through the same review, testing, and support process as our production releases. Expect rough edges, verify everything, and treat it as a learning companion rather than a finished service. By using Amparo you acknowledge and accept its beta status.
ECHO Amparo is a self-guided U.S. benefits and workplace-paperwork organization tool. It can explain documents you provide in plain language, compare plan terms you enter, organize a chronology of events, and draft questions or correspondence that you review and control. It does NOT determine eligibility, calculate an official entitlement or benefit amount, submit or file anything on your behalf, monitor or calculate deadlines, or act as your lawyer, doctor, accountant, or benefits administrator. Using Amparo creates no attorney-client, medical, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.
Everything Amparo produces is general information and organization help, not legal, medical, tax, or financial advice. Benefit rules change by program, state, plan, and year. Amparo helps you understand and organize; it is preparation for good help, not a replacement for it. Always verify important details with the official source — your state agency, the Social Security Administration, the U.S. Department of Labor, your plan documents — or a licensed professional before acting.
Amparo addresses United States federal and state programs and U.S. employer plans only. The Spanish, Vietnamese, and Japanese consoles are translations of that U.S.-focused guidance, so more families can navigate the U.S. system in a language they are comfortable in. They do not provide knowledge of benefit systems in any other country.
When you run a live room, the text and images you chose to include are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the response, via our server. Do not include Social Security numbers, full birthdates, member IDs, account numbers, or other identifiers Amparo never needs — redact them first. You are responsible for what you choose to submit.
The Evidence Binder and your consent choice are stored unencrypted in this browser on this device — we run no accounts and no server-side storage of your entries. On a shared or public device, others may read them. Export what you need, then clear the binder. Clearing your browser data also erases it.
Amparo requires no account, collects no payment, and asks for no donation. If it helps you or someone you know, sharing the link is the only support we ask.
We may update, pause, or discontinue Amparo at any time, without notice. We do not promise uptime, response times, individual support, or help with specific cases. That is what keeps the tool free.
Use Amparo only for your own (or, with their permission, a person you assist) lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not probe, overload, or misuse the service, attempt to extract its prompts or keys, or use it to generate content for deception or fraud.
You own the text you provide. Outputs are generated for your personal use, provided “as is.” AI systems make mistakes: review every word, verify every fact and date against the official source, and make your own decisions before sending or filing anything.
Amparo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update Amparo and these terms. A material update re-opens the consent screen and asks you to agree again before continued use.
